This is a precious brushed flannel blue plaid teddy bear print harness shirt. There is a brown band at the bottom of the shirt to give it that extra flare. The d-ring strap has a 2000 lb test weight webbing for the safety of your pet. Shirt is fully lined and has velcro closures at neck and chest for secure easy fit. NOTE: Any shirt ordered above 18" will come without the d-ring option. Although the webbing is weight tested the fabric isn't and can't stand up to heavy pulling as is the case with larger pets. Our harness shirts are made 1 1/2 inches longer than 1/2 of the topline measurement you provide (ex: 10 inch topline will be 6.5 inches). This shirt is NON-RETURNABLE due to custom sizing.
